Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders may be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, but these days do not count as shipping days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Once your order is processed you will receive an email with shipment and tracking info. Please refer to this tracking information for details on your shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Transit times will depend on ship to location, weather, holidays and shipment volumes. Please refer to tracking information for more details.

USPS Priority: 1-3 business days
UPS Ground: 1-3 business days
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

REDLION CUSTOMS ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
REDLION CUSTOMS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our business we are unable to accept returns on customized items. In some instances, we may be able to exchange non-customized retail items. Exchanges will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
